I think AP should only be awarded to those that are of equal or higher level that you are. This would discourage this type of crap from not only happening, but being filmed as well... Carebear or not, it's not fun to be constantly ganked by the same person over and over again with no fair fight if you are a lower level. Say what you will, there is no joy in watching videos like this by any means.

Its pvp... there are no rules except the ones the game dictates. American's won the Revolutionary War against the British partly due to the fact they didn't abide by the honor code of battle. They used gorilla warfare tactics to gain an edge. Sneaking up on a flank and opening fire. Instead of fighting toe to toe.

I hate dishonorable combat, but if you play pvp you have to learn to except that this is a strategy that is legal as long as hacks and exploits aren't being used.

really annoying to watch these kind of videos and they like it so much so they even have to make a movie and put it on youtube... disgusting, whorst thing i knew in WoW is gankers -_-

Unfortunately this is the frame of mind of many of the griefers. I like PvP but I like it for the competition, not to go around and grief or gank people, as so many seem to love to do. People who complain about a mechanic built into the game (which in this case happens to be PvP between an initiative party and an unsuspected party) is indeed Carebear.

I love good duels myself, ask most anyone on the Elyos side of Siel server. This is a Realm v Realm game, why feel anything when facerolling them?

It's like killing Kerub or Krall.

Ganker retards in MMO,s is kinda common atleast in World of warcraft, good thing there is the places from 1-20,ish where you are pretty safe but when you arrive in STV your pretty much ganked from higher levels each 10-30 minutes if you dont hide well

These kind of things happen to lvl50 players too, so it's not safe to assume they were low levels. Those guys were probably undergeared.

A characters skills should always be used to their advantage... But fighting people or things that are easily killable by you, group or not, is a showing of cowardice and absolute disrespect for the enemy... And one of these days, like every single time I've seen a mass of gankers, no matter how big it was, ride into a game in the hope of being asshats, they are going to get destroyed hard eventually by people much higher level than them for far longer and for many more times... And at that moment, I'll laugh to myself where ever I may be at the time, seeing as how justice had been given...

I hope I see some of you in the Abyss... I really do...
