I was going to roll Elyos, so I spent hours into my customization and design to get my character ready for Live. Then it turns out all my friends are going Asmodian, making me go too. I can show a screenshot of my Elyos character. The thing is, I was wondering if it's possible to make an exact duplicate (bar skin colour) of this Elyos character into Asmodian. I swear I've tried everything I can. If someone can do this I will love you for life.

Why even bother playing then, if that's your logic?

So far I've spent alot more time in character customization than actually playing the game. In some ways, it's more beneficial as I won't have to spend hours creating the character when Aion goes live - I can look at the screenies, make my ideal character and get right into the game.

Anyway, back on topic: Looking at the face you've picked, I don't think it will be possible as I'm pretty sure that the face you're using isn't available for Asmodians. I would give it a go for you, but I'm at work :<

Instead trying to make an Asmodian look like an Elyos, have you tried playing around with the Asmodian-only faces? Asmodians seem to be stereotyped as the 'baddies' (and usually baddies are ugly...). However, some of faces available to Asmodians only are beautiful. You may be pleasantly surprised!

Just like Lumia said, and as you can see in the screenshot, all the modifications are there and easily copyable ready for live so I can just quickly copy it all then jump straight in the game.

@ Lumia, yeah I have, tried alot, gone through lots of faces, and I just can't seem to find the right face which I find pretty

So on the 18th (Pre-Select) when you get TWO days to create your character before the Head-Start launch you want to be able to create your character in 1 minute rather than hours? For what cause? You still can't log in and play until the 20th.

it's really about name reservation. + be able to create it + server selections are a nice bonus.

it might bcuz of the presets (diff between asmo/elyos?) + skin. ill probably look into it. since ive been playing around w/ the creator more than playing my characs. ill post if anything comes up.

*since you said you've tried everything. it's possible that's it's impossible. we'll see.

Skin color will be the only issue I believe. Asmodians have cooler, blue/green hues. Elyos have the earthtones.

You can probably make her pasty white, but not *pink* like she is in the picture.

@ Flaws - Yeah as Starsky-sama said, pre-selection for me is more name reservation than character creation, that's why I'd rather have it ready now.

@ Starsky-sama - Thanks alot for all the cooperation, it would be great if you could fiddle around and see if you can get a design close to that!

@ Sildroni - Yeah I don't really mind the skin colour, I probably will pick that pasty-white colour in the end.

notables
~Used Preset 22. probably could've used the one w/ the default blush on the cheeks, but thought the eyes didnt work. so used 22 instead.

~nose. couldnt really get it smaller. but just play w/ it. should get you a better one than what I ended up w/.

~eyes/brows. either find a face w/ slightly bigger eyes or play around w/ the size slider. brows probably could find a thinner one, but I used the one w/ the face preset. shadow under the eyes (w/e you call it) only shows more bcuz of the skin tone. (your original also has it but the elyos skin hides it better)

~mouth/lips. sometimes thought I had it sometimes didnt. one of those details that I probably had it but tweaked it again before got a chance to take a screen.

~overall, thought it was possible. just have to keep tweaking. it did take some time and I probably did so many of it that I probably tweaked where I shouldnt have tweaked.

~in the end. it was fun to try.

Okay, I'll be the one to shoot you down. No you can't. and why do you want a eylos looking char on a ASMODIAN side? Keep rolly eylos if you want to keep those exact settings.

IDK, like I agree with this. My elyos look different than my asmodians. XD
