Man, if those are all PvP battles, then those Assasins are one out of 2; They are overpowered up the a ss, or they are killing lower level players. I can't believe the Assassins hardly get damaged.

I'm going with the overpowered up the a$$. It seems the whole chain combat system isn't going perfectly and Assassins know how to abuse the crap out of it.

@ Midgar: Yeah, I totally agree. In most of the videos I've seen the Assassins hardly stop attacking, and they use the same combo all the time:
Cloak, attack from behind (I guess that's a critical hit, kind of Sneak Attack for THF's in FFXI), Attack, Attack, Stun move, get behind and Critical Attack, rinse and repeat...and who knows which other additional detrimental status will the Assassin apply to the target (poison? curse? any DoT type damage?)

I have yet to see a video where that sequence is interrupted.

I love it how all those bosses seem to go nuts when they're near death. Reminds me of the mission bosses in FFXI.


It really seems like assassins are hugely overpowered at the moment. Of course we don't know details about the levels, equipment and skill levels that may affect the outcomes in these videos but it does seem like everything folds to assassins.

Is it me or the Raids look extremely weak? I mean, small groups are taking his HP so fast...

Finally we see a Gladiator combo movie. I was expecting more tbh.

Another Assassin movie where he totally rapes his opponent. Don't know if he's fighting a gladiator or a templar, but he looks terribly bad in that PvP, he stands no chance at all. I'm smelling FOTM class...

You have to remember they arent 50, for example in WoW there was no PvE raids till 60-70.
