Keep in mind those are vendor items. Which are usually completely useless other than armor and obviously will look incredibly generic.

Sabre i suppose you never played WoW. Vendor gear is never elaborate. Its generic and plain so as not to be anything compared to Dungeon or Drop aquired gear. if Vendor gear looked anything like endgame gear it would make void the point of Endgame gear other than Stat increases.

Vendor gear should always be somewhat plain.

these look AMAZING vendor quality, different styles, lengths. Where you able to dye the armour at the vendor? These go to show the layout expecially the command bar makes it exteme eye candy!

Id like to know this aswell, as I would also like to see what this armor would look on a male character, as alot of us would probaly too.

Ye nice clothing tho is anyone ever going to buy any.

I mean WoW had lots of "White" armor in shops they were plain easy but still a decent looking set. But nobody ever bought any because you would gain better gear anyway by just doing quests.

THO In lineage 2 this is a complete different story pretty much all the gear you got in the beginning of the game was from shops, in after that you got C grade for crystals and then the farming began. Grind Grind Grind more Animal Bones. For all C++ gear ect.

Will the aion system have a L2 / WoW mixed gear system? A L2 system or Maybe A WoW system?

Buying gear at the start from vendors or just getting gear by doing quests and never touch the armor shops ?

Well as with any game, most, if not all armors that are sold by NPCs will be around for a cheaper price on the Auction House, and that's where the majority of people will buy them. Then you'll find the crafted armors and all that on AH as well along with people wearing armors dropped from monsters/bosses, not really a lot of NPC action

you never played EQ, Lineage 2, or WoW did you? and those 3 would fit the category of "any game". EQ never had a real AH, it had a Bizarre sold by players. and even if it did, nobody sold NPC stuff in their shops. all sold items were from named mob drops.

and in Lineage 2, you bought no grade and d grade stuff from NPC's. i quit the game before there was an AH (did they have an AH?) but i don't recall the private shops ever selling them for much cheaper. sometimes they were upgraded and sold for more! there was lots and lots of NPC action in Lineage 2.

and you'd be called a tard or a scammer if you sold NPC sold stuff in the AH in WoW. nobody would buy it. they are extremely low quality compared to the common drops from regular mobs.

only the 2nd half of your statement resembles modern mmo's.

sorry, but it's a pet peeve of mine when people who don't know, just start handing out information like it's gospel. every game is different and so will Aion be different. nobody knows how it will work except the developers. and i'm praying it's going to be completely new and not a clone of other mmo's.

so far, i've heard that some gear acquisition is going to be similar to WoW via pvp points and tokens. and guess where you turn them in for the gear? NPC's!!!!!! ahahahahaha
