Thanks for the SS. The vender “Generic” armor looks good, nice details, can’t wait to see what real armor looks like.

My question is. . .

Do you get the over all graphic of the armor from one piece of armor i.e. via the chest guard or robe? Or is it made up of a combo of pieces, i.e. Boots, helm, leggings, bracers, arms, chest piece? Did Shilenne select multiple articles at once and viewed them? or was it just one item selected?

As long as those high end armors can also be crafted you won't hear me complaining. But if these are the generic armor sets ,the really cool stuff must look stunning.

sorry, but it's a pet peeve of mine when people who don't know, just start handing out information like it's gospel. every game is different and so will Aion be different. nobody knows how it will work except the developers. and i'm praying it's going to be completely new and not a clone of other mmo's.

so far, i've heard that some gear acquisition is going to be similar to WoW via pvp points and tokens. and guess where you turn them in for the gear? NPC's!!!!!! ahahahahaha

Ok well as you pointed out in your games a couple of them didn't have AHs. Any AH will have all the items in the game that are sellable, including onces sold by NPCs, and typically at a cheaper price. No, L2 does not have an AH either by the way.

Also, I'm not talking about upgraded items, obviously they're sold for more in AH because they're better/worth more?

Your argument is that because your examples don't have AHs that I'm wrong? Lols.

Go play a game with an AH and look at an armor sold by an NPC, then go check the AH and look at the price..99/100 times it'll be cheaper on AH, because players still get more money selling on AH than NPC, and if they sold it for more than the NPC's price, no one would buy them on AH. Make sense?

So in regards to your post, Jinzen, 2/3 of your examples aren't even relevant because they don't even have AHs, and I'll go find some items in WoW to show you how AH prices are cheaper than their NPC prices, and obviously items that are only acquired through mobs WOULDN'T COUNT AS NPC SOLD ITEMS now would they? Read more carefully next time k?
