Testers need to reach, experience the new content, record and even upload their stuff.

I expect an official cbt3 intro video in 12 hrs (but theres a chance those siege cut-scenes were there so we wont get one), and the first cbt3 vid tomorrow afternoon (16:07 GMT+1 here, so its 24 hrs).
