Checked gametrailer today and found these video's. Some of them are edits of ones we already know.

I'm slightly dissapointed to still see the old wings in them. And why do the asmodians always get their butts kicked in movies lol

Because they look more like the bad guys...

I would laugh if they didn't add the asmo wings from the newest update, then punch myself in the face when I want to play them on another server. Meh, english one is behind, so I'm not surprised at all really. But it doesn't help the presentation too much.

I've seen several video interview\anounce for western press and there were old asmo wings too. looks like NCSoft show them only CBT2 build of Aion. =)

so it looks like this is the footage that was shown to the various media outlets (the screenshots from the recent previews are all grabs from these clips)...

I like these videos much more than the story one though. And if they have new wings or not does not matter too much, because the looks of wings really do not influence actual gameplay =)

Well, first of all- thanks for the videos. They're all pretty nice :3
And secondly- I'm amazed with the comments the videos got. People were saying stuff like:

"The ground texture SUCKS. Even WoW's is better" or,
"Looks like WoW" or,
"You guys say Warhammer looks like WoW but get all excited about this just 'cause they have wings"

These comments made me giggle and snort. Really.
All they have stuck in their miniature brains is WoW! ._.
And the ones critisizing the game are just sore-losers who can't stand the fact that this game looks GOOD.
So they become defensive of whatever they're playing and start saying how Aion sucks or how Aion is a copy-cat game.
Their comments aren't even ANNOYING. They're just STUPID =.=

These comments mean that AION is truely something great, the WOW players would not comment on it if it sucked, cause they would have nothing to fear. But AION makes the wow players uneasy and they dont want to lose players and their time to it cause they already dedicated their lives to WoW. So they flame the AION fans, I think we both know what game is more appealing.

I don't believe they think like that. I'm sure they just don't care and like to flame in general.

The fact that they're defending WoW or whichever game they're playing-
DOES probably mean that they have what to be afraid of :3
Automatically meaning that Aion is a threat. Thus- Aion is an awesome game X3
But they're still pretty pathtic ._.
Saying "the graphics stink" about Aion is a rushed criticism and a total lie '-';..

After some time has passed after release, the ppl who flamed Aion will be playing it. It gets more widespread, more catch interest, and thus ppl see it's really the next big thing. So as a MMO player why wouldn't they play it?

They just don't know what Aion is yet. ^^
