Creating Child like characters.

My little Jazzmin.. I too wanted to create a character a little out of the ordinary .. the only problem I forsee is finding armor for her..I will definitely be using the remodeler a lot.

Okay, I'll bite even though this topic *is* extremely creepy. I'm an artist... a bad one... but I did play around with the character creator to make all sorts of characters, from young to old.

For a child-like character, start with a small body - not lean. What you're going to do is resize him to about 25% the way across on character, to maybe around 40% (if you're shooting for over 12). The small body gets child-like proportions well, with small arms. Might want to expand the legs just a bit.

As kids don't tend to have much muscle tone, you're going to narrow the shoulders as narrow as they go. You'll also want the hips *almost* as narrow as they can be, though you don't want the hourglass unless your character is female.

The idea is to make the character look totally streamlined and undeveloped as far as body sized go. And yes, for females, you're not gonna have breasts as the poster below me just said. Reduce em unless you're a total perv.

You're also gonna wanna shrink his head down a bit, as small tends to put full-adult sized heads on characters. Find the right balance.

Anyway, I hope this is innocent... as I don't wanna feel like I've enabled Pedobear... but there it is.

Please, if you're making a character that's supposed to look like a child. Don't be like 99% of guys and max out the boob slider, it looks disgusting and retarded -.-

Nah, see your reply is serious subject matter and case study. This is what an artist, or someone with an actual interest in making a younger looking character would ask.

The OP, on the other hand, gave the impression that he was inviting a descriptive discussion about little girls and it was really really out of the ballpark on the creep-o meter.

Lemme put it this way, only an older guy would call the character body he wanted to make a little girl fairy princess. No girl/woman of any age would describe her character like this, with the leading question about discussing what constitutes said body attributes. Not only that, but a woman would not need to ask, she would have lived it firsthand.

I've noticed having the "waist" setting higher gives a more natural childlike form because the breasts in this game are ridiculous. At the lowest size they are C cups. It offsets them a bit so you don't get that "wasp" waist-line that makes them look like miniature Jessica Rabbits.

Keep "Hips" as you say, all the way down, but don't do that to "Waist". Children aren't supposed to be curvy with double D's. X_x

Here is an example, though he did go for a Loli, anime sensuality to it. It can be pulled off without looking terrible.

It really depends on what you're wearing. If your character has minimum chest size like mine, some outfits can make your character flatchested, and others can make you seem like you have a C cup with the bare minimum on the slider, it's a little rediculous.

I still have yet to see a character that looks good with max boob slider, it's way too much in this game where most of the female characters are guys playing females with the waist slider at minimum and boobs and hips at max, it looks gross lol.

If I still had a subscription to Aion, I'd take a screen shot of one of the characters I made to reserve the name "Eviscius." He was an Asmodian that I designed to look child-like - the body/face/hair was inspired by a buddy's novel depicting a 200+ year old vampire trapped in an 11 year old's body.

I think it came out well, though I probably would never play him.

My personal favorite was an Elyos I designed to look almost exactly like Heavy Weapons Guy from Team Fortress 2. I even got the name "Sandvich." Had I to do it over again, I'd have played him.

My little ones chest is as small as I could get it although the creation screenshot doesn't look like it and I may have taken that screenshot before I completed her. In game all is in proportion.

I have seen several really cute childlike characters, even twins.
