ok that will do for now @55% damn 7.5GB. thanks and I've been trying to go NA server but most of the things in the Way around IP block thread is not working well. did anybody tried it? worked?

You can make a character only if you have the JP Open Beta kit, otherwise you have to wait.

Also you know you can't connect to the NA servers with the JP client, right?

i can only play 3hrs without Beta Kit?

Thats talking about the certification key.

The certification key they email to you to certify your account only lasts 3 hours after it is sent.
