Some Help From Okinawa

Hey,
So I have been reading on here that there are people who live in Japan who play on the US servers... now here's my issue: I bought the US version of the game from amazon (Shipping here) and I live in Okinawa, so I am trying to figure out how would I go about playing on the US servers? Do I need someone to register an account for me in the US? <- and if so could someone do this for me without me having to give them my credit card info? and does my IP address matter if I reside on a Military Installation ? and if I am unable to play on the US servers, I would love to know how to just play the game (even if I have to buy a different version, just want some answers please)

You should have no problem register an account in US since you have bought the game from amazon. All boxes have 30days game time. I am not so sure about needing a credit card for continal playing since others may buy game card instead. You can play Aion Japan version too

Hey you will have NO ISSUES! I am currently playing and I am on base in Okinawa On Kadena. I use our WONDERFUl Mediatti internet (that was a joke) And signing up was just fine no issues. the only thing you will have to deal with, IF you live on base is the throttled internet. Meaning your patch updates will be slow as hell, and at random times you will have dc's (disconnection) usually at peak times in the day like lunch time and after people get off work and also around 530 AM till about 7 am. bu tthat is basically because they limit our bandwidth out here and thier system SUCKS!! Have fun come to MArchutan and look up Thalia if you need a legion.

Yeah I am living on Kadena as well f**k mediatti... lol I hate their service I sold my ps3 cause I couldn't even play online with their connection... So did you order it through Amazon as well? how long did it take to get here cause I have been waiting for about 3 weeks now and still haven't received my copy yet, so I am a little worried but some of my buddies have told me it takes things twice as long cause it has to go through military customs and a bunch of other crap...
