We don't do "officers" no ranks or anything. We are a very tight group currently and when we play people stand up to do tasks they are good at when the situation calls for it. We take ideas that people give during each situation to do things more efficiently.
There are no set officers because there are too many different types of leaders. Someone may be good a good leader (strategizer) but not a good leader when commanding people to execute the plans or boosting team morale. Some leaders are just good organizers, that can organize the team to do separate tasks well or any sort of distribution, but aren't good at strategizing nor commanding. Kind of like you can't expect the emperor to be good at leading troops, but he can manage politics, economy, as well as keeping citizens happy, he's a ruler. While you can expect a general to be good at commanding his troops, but no nothing about ruling the country. People in this team stand up when the time calls for it and earn their reputation that way. If they are good at what they do, then people expect him to do it in the future.
