With Guild Wars being my most dedicated game (at least until recently. but it does hold my record for "game that has taken up all of my time"), I do remember seeing:
I Didnt Know Gwen Was [Ten] (Props to Hao, you beat me to posting this one)

Im Sofa King We Tod Did [Tard] (had the "honor" of co-founding and being an officer in this one)

there was one along the lines of "Im using Charm Animal on ur [Mom]" can't remember exactly what it was, but thats close enough.

Well the funniest one i got in was when we dissolved our original guild and redone it with the alias of SB - Scary Bears

Alright. I'll bite. :P

Some of the best names I've seen in WoW weren't guild names but arena team names. Most guild names on the servers I play have gone to one word "serious" type guilds, even if the members are total whackos.

So, the guild/arena teams I've laughed at the names of:

"JFK Was Flagged"
"Quick Battle Res Tupac"
"Fat Kids Lag IRL"
"Stds R BoP"
"It Burns When I PVP"
"Built Horde Tough"
"Dont Daze Me Bro"

That were actually on my server, Deathwing. Well, there might've been more than one of the guild I guess, but I assume it's the same, since it was really the only respectable horde guild for a long time (I was alliance).

Bunch of my RL friends had a couple different guild names I liked... got a lot of compliments for "Wu Tang Financial." although I know I've seen some good ones.

And Solaire, "Quick Battle Res Tupac" made me lol irl.
