Team Consistency (PvP Team)
![]() ![]() -Introduction- Team Consistency is currently seeking to pick up a some new members. We are a "team" not a guild, therefore we will be small organization. We are currently looking for a select few to join us for our next game (Aion). This is a group of extremely hardcore players that understand how to work cooperatively. We are extremely competitive as we are all ambitious to be best. Competition is the main motivation that allows people to advance their characters to be the very best. Competition is highly encouraged even within our organization. We compete as individuals within our organizations and as a team during PvP against others. For this game we will be playing as The Chosen -Mentality- The organization itself is extremely elitist, which means quality over quantity. Thus the reason to why we remain a small team of highly selective players. We are not looking to zerg by any means especially in a mmo where you belong in a faction. Since the game forces you to fight alongside half the server, having excess people under clan tag is meaningless because they will be fighting alongside you regardless. Therefore, we keep our organization small to prevent undeserving and second-rate people from disgrace our clan tag -Leadership- The team as a dictatorship with the ultimate goal of developing superior players unrivaled by outsiders. This is NOT to say that our dictatorship doesn't allow our members to have influence over clan decisions. Members in fact play the most significant role of determining the outcome of our decisions, but the final decision will be concluded by the leader. I have led this group more or less than same members ( we lose some and we pick up some when we switch games ) through various mmorpgs and everyone in this all trust my judgements in providing our team with the most efficient ways to develop our team and our characters. -Environment- Consistency has been together for quite some time and we have plenty of experience in regards to establishing a first-class organization. Our methods consistently improve through experience to develop the most efficient way to enhance our players. Thus we eliminate any causes that may stunt our rapid growth such as drama, and instead create a more competitive environment which allows our players to excel. Our players will be playing in an extremely competitive and friendly environment where they can expect mutual support of one another. This is "mutual" support (i.e. not higher level helping out lower level.) Everyone in this team should be unvarying, therefore if one is struggling to keep up and requires assistance he or she is detaining others from progressing and it would be necessary for us to remove such people from our organization -Effects- By joining this organization players must forfeit a few things. One of those things is freedom. Consistency will require you to undertake many responsibilities that other clans would not. This team isn't about a group of people meeting others, having fun, and helping each other out like every other clan out there. Consistency is about unity and the support of one another even at your own expense. There will be many times where you will be asked to stop grinding or whatever you happen to be doing at that instance to participate in a clan related event. The event can be as serious as doing boss runs to as trivial as backing a clannie in a pvp situation. Although this saps away at your freedom it WILL make you feel that you are really part of an organization. If you cannot see yourself being able to drop what you're doing at any given time to assist another member or to participate in an unplanned or planned team event, then please refrain from yourself from wasting both your time and mine and click the back button on your browser. Another effect to being a part of Consistency is that you will be hated by a significant portion of our server including our very own race. Jealousy and envy easily stirs into hatred as others fail to compete with you. It would be pointless anyways to make friends with lower class players since it would be a waste of time to play alongside with them, and those who do parallel with you would already be a close friend. Those who have been at the top in previous mmorpgs know what I am referring to, and it is those people that i am seeking to be a part of this organization. Now if you haven't clicked the back button from this arrogant and unwelcoming intro, congrats you've passed our first filter towards limiting our applicants. Next is a list of requirements -Requirements- - Atleast 7 hours of gameplay daily. (most of us play more than 9, 7 is much more like a bare minimum) - Able to use Ventrilo and have a mic - Be on vent while playing Aion at all times - Mature and easy to get along with - An ambition to be the best - The ability to follow and listen to commands - Has a bloodlust towards PvPing ( this is a PvP game, we play this soley to be at the top and to kill others ) - Has a "It is neccessary to improve this organization and the members of it by any means." mentality - Is okay with being in a different clan than your friends. ( Just because you are in the clan doesn't mean your friends can join, friends are friends, they are seperate from your clan. It's fine to have friends outside of your clan. Clannies are those who help each other grow in power, friends are people that are fun to hang out with. ) If you are unable to keep up with the rest of the team, then you will be cut from our organization. So please don't waste our time or yours if you aren't confident that you can fulfill your part. If you don't fit our requirements please let's not waste each other's time. As i stated before "mutual support" if we don't see mutual we will not help you as it would stunt our growth. We will be playing with our applicants during beta and retail before we decide whether or not we will accept them into our organization. Keep in mind that when you're playing with us, just because you're playing with us doesn't mean we've accepted you yet. Although, Playing with us for a chance to join our organization without any guarantees is already a very good sign of dedication. PvE is a pre-requisite towards PvP and in order to establish the perfect PvP team that same team would also have to be the most efficient PvE team. The purpose of emphasizing PvP in my post is to refrain those hardcore PvE people that level all day and night, but prefer not to PvP from applying to our clan. There are those people that fit right in with us playing about 10 hours a day and leveling efficiently with everyone else, and everything is perfect and all, but when we go out to PvP they prefer to continue leveling and not join in. This in the end, makes them useless to us. We don't want those kind of people because everyone in our clan's ambition is to create the best PvP team and to dominate the server.

hehe thank you :P the first time I posted I was being rushed cuz some crazy girl in my room was telling me to post faster and to get it up there soon. I didn't really plan on posting this so early, but whatever. Once I posted it i realized all the grammar I made, and that's just something really bugs me because it kinda reflects my intelligence as well as the my clan's since I'm leading it and representing it.

Yeah, looks good, but I personally cannot dedicate more than an hour a day to any game, unless it's on the weekends. Then I can dedicate a couple hours, but right now school is kicking my ***. I have to graduate before Aion takes over my life, lol.
During Thanksgiving and Winter breaks I'll have plenty of time to play, provided that Aion is actually online by then in one form or another. |

I respect him it's his choice. Same thing goes on here. And it doesn't mean at 100% that there unemployed some go to college and have very light schedules. Or my uncle who plays Lineage2 30-40 hours a week with a full-time job and a wife. |

Tobler51...lol there are 24 hours in a day. I don't see why people think this is a lot. 3 hours of class a day, 1 hour of homework 10 hours of Aion, 4 hours of friends//hanging out leaves 6 hours of sleep. Most days I only sleep for 4 hours so i can add 2 hours anywhere else.
Yea i replaced Aion with what most people call a full-time job. So I'm about real-lifeless as someone with a full-time job. I don't need a job, I get paid to go to college there's something called full scholarships, and when those stack with other scholarships it's free money in your pocket. Speaking of which I still got $500 left on my free meal plan card that's paid by the school that I have to spend by the end of the semester (17 days). So anyone that goes to ASU feel free to hit me up for lunch or dinner or something. Sorry I guess that most people wouldn't know because they don't care too much about college or getting a degree with high GPA so they can rake in cash and have an easier life. Yea I'm a son of a rich father and a rich mother, I'm not gonna deny it. I find it funny how lower class people try to make it seem like it's shameful having money or being born into a good family that they wish they could have been. That's not to say that I haven't made my share of money. I worked for my family's company before going to college and have increased profits by about 20k every month for 8 months totaling a 160k increase every month now. Damn it FeyraN,
There was no need to respond to his post. But now that you did...I'll have to kick your *** when the game starts, not cause I hate you or anything. It's how I deal with jealousy ![]() And damn...WTF you majoring in that only give you one hour of homework a day? At UW, it was 1 hour class, 3 hours homework :/ |
