Requirement of creating a guild

Any info about what lvl you need to be to create a guild? what it require etc? Im not going to make a guild, just curious...

Around 150.000 Qina, you'll be able to upgrade your guild (read: legion) to get more slots. Initial amount of slots is 10.
I think it's somehow this way...

Not sure on the price, but the starting guild member limit is 20.
