How is the culture of your legion? From the rules, one might get the idea that it's very formal. Is that a true showing of how people work together?

Elysium's current members fall into the 20s and 30s age group. Sorry about the broken link, I missed that one in the site update. As far as rules are concerned, I don't think that a group of adults needs an entire page of rules. If we have to tell someone not to be a loot ***** or not to scream racial insults on vent then they don't belong here.

And I completely agree with you! I much prefer not having to abide by a long list of rules, mainly because it shows how much trust one has for team members. Adults should be able to understand how to behave in a mannerly way (or one would hope). It's one thing to use foul language out of excitement...totally different if one is aiming those words at someone else.

18+ means nothing, my guild is mostly that, and we are not what you would call a mature guild...that is if you are looking for one that doesnt enjoy flaming, arguing, bashing, flaming after pvp, arguments, etc...with enemies (never inside the guild, not tolerated). And most peopel 18+ that I've played with are the same.
