-Introduction-

ProJekt.Sei is currently seeking to pick up a very "few" new members. We are a "team" not a guild, therefore we will be small organization. We are currently looking for a select few to join us for our next game. This is a group of extremely hardcore players that understand how to work cooperatively. We are extremely competitive as we are all ambitious to be best. Competition is the main motivation that allows people to advance their characters to be the very best. Therefore it is highly encouraged even within our organization. We compete as individuals within our organizations and as a team during PvP against others.

On another note: We were formed originally as a Lineage 2 Clan. We have moved onto RFOnline afterwards and did a reform after RFOnline for Aion. The reform was a super-merge where we retained 6 of our original members.
The merge from RFOnline consisted of inviting the race leader of the different factions, and different servers. We also invited archons, and some of the race leader's crew.
The merge with Lineage 2 was also similar selecting the best players from the different servers.

There will be and already has been a large amount of players asking to join our organization. We are sorry to say that we can't be picking up everyone as it will lead to a team larger than what we wish to work as. We strive for efficiency. So for those who still wish to apply please contact me. We also won't be having a website or forum, we won't be large enough to need one. Any information will be spread through the MOTD via vent and as a member you should be active enough to know any information via real time anyways.

I'm not condemning 9+ hours or anything, but every time i see guilds post such playtimes, it make me wonder how they manage to pull off. I can do max 6 hours a day while keeping my normal sleep schedule. I can do 9 hours if needed, but not for weeks on end.

If you can play 9+ hours a day you need to go back to school, get a job, or sleep, but thats IMHO. If you can actually pull this guild off my praise to you sir (i'm guessing sir because you said no drama lol)

Okay guys, lay off - if you're not serious gamers, don't complain about it to others. I've averaged 75 hours a week for about 3 months while playing Guild Wars, this was during school time, and I was still able to keep up with school (easily), and go to parties at least once a week, it's not that hard, and it's a lot less than it sounds.

Let's just put this into an example...

Weekday

School: 9-3
Whatever: 3-6
Gaming: 6-2
Sleep: 2.30-8

8+ hours a day

Weekend

Breakfast: 10-10.10
Gaming: 10:10-7:30 (Random 10 minute breaks for whatever)
Parties/whatever: 8-2
Sleep: 3-10

9+ hours a day

So about 60 hours a week, it's really not that hard. This can easily be pushed up if needed, and this is coming from a guy who is managing all As or above at school with ease. Teachers don't care if you don't do the homework as long as you get the grades.

I still believe that's too much :P, imagine 9+ hours a day learning the guitar. I can already see the next Henrix coming in


And I couldn't pull it off anyways:

School: 8am-6pm
Eating:2-3 hours(I eat slowly)
Sleep: 8-10 hours( My average)
Work:2.6 hour a day(20 a week changed in days)

I got two hours of gaming unless I stay up to midnight to play longer XD

Edit: Actually eating goes into school.

My schedule is quite similar to that, but i do 8-2, so that's 6 hours, on weekends i can easily do 20+ total
I agree with you, hardcore playstyle is not so hard. Just takes good planning on your part.

I never liked these kinds of arguments, sure playing that much guitar will make you a pretty good payer...but gaming for that same amount will make you a pretty good player too, both highly skilled people, with a lot of knowledge. Now you're saying guitar knowledge is worth more then gaming knowledge? Now we're at a slippery slope...which ultimately leads to fail.

it's not that much and the 9+ hours is really to keep non-hardcore gamers from applying, would we care if you play 7 or 8 hours but could still keep up? Of course not. Hell if you can come up with a way to play 4 hours a day and be at the top go for it. I mean here's my schedule

Class 11:00-3:00 PM Monday Wednesday Fridays
3:00-4:30 PM Studying//Homework//Lunch
4:30-12:00 AM(7.5 hours of gaming including dinner i prepare//cook//eat while i play)
12:00-1:00 AM (Call girl say good night .etc)
1:00-3:00 AM(2 hours of gaming) Totals 9.5
Sleep 3:00AM - 10:30 AM (repeat)

On Tuesdays//Thursdays I spend the extra hours from not having class to go hang out with friends, girlfriend, or play more to make up for the weekends

And on Wednesdays - I spend about 1-3 hours at bboying at breakdance meets

Friday and Saturday nights I spend with my friends we always throw a party.

Which gives me ~9 hours on average and that's if i sleep my 7.5 hours a night. Usually i play longer and get about 4 hours a night.

lol, that's not what I meant But considering I sleep about half the amount you do, and eat quickly, minus the work, and we'd have the same amount of time to game.

It's really all about planning.

lol i learned not to prepare/cook while i play but a always eat ^^

lol I don't like fastfood and restaurant meals get old really fast. So I normally cook I prep-cook and cook in advance during downtime or when I don't need to be doing something every second and sometimes I'll have really late meals.
