About Namision/gaming background - “I've been playing video games in general since I was about 6 and started playing mmo's later on in my early teens. My first and current mmo is SWG, though after years of playing, there is practically nothing left to do that we haven't done countless times before. I'm pretty reserved for the most part until I get to know you. But once the “hello and how are you” convos are out of the way, I'm easy to talk to.”

About Derokah/gaming background - Like Namision, one of my first and current MMO's was and is Star Wars Galaxies. SWG has been my main source of MMO gaming experience for the past 5+ years. I had a full temp pre-9 jedi before I lost him to perma-death. And later ground up a village jedi, a bounty hunter, a smuggler, and a few others to lvl 90. I have tried some of the “free” rip off MMO's out there but again and again, like SWG's end game content, I wind up disappointed. Oh and the “about me part”.. :P
I consider myself calm and collect. I will most likely wind up living in your Ventrilo lobby, and I bring a thick skin everywhere I go.

What we can offer you – Given what experience we have, wheather they be life experiences or in game, we are both unique and both have different strengths to bring to the table. For one, we are both avid Pvpers and can share solo tactics, group builds, and general battle strategies etc. Going out of ones way to do something for the guild is nothing out of the ordinary. And as for our personalities, why ruin fun of vent chat? I know I speak for the both of us when I say we look forward to meeting everyone.

What we are looking for – We are looking for an active small to mid-size community willing to treat us with the same maturity and respect we bring to the table. Being able to effectively communicate during PVP/questing is very important to us. So using Ventrilo or some sort of voice chat is a must. And finally, we do not condone “guild hopping” after joining a guild/community because you signed up without proper introduction or having enough information prior to the invite. Meaning we would like to spend some time getting to know your fine community before making any final decisions.

About yourself -
I've not played MMOs for very long but I am an excellent player (when it comes to classes I like) according to others. I'm a very fast learner, and I like socialising and helping others as well as playing. I'm in it for making friends and having fun more so than the hard-core epicness, not that I'd say no to that every now and again. xD I have been a play-by-post role player for around 7 years though, I love it.

What you're looking for in a legion -
x A friendly, helpful and social atmosphere. I can be a hardcore player when I have to be, but I'd love to make friends and have fun along the way.
x Western European/UK base.
x An understanding of real life issues. Real life does come first, and I don't want to be kicked out because of limited access time or prior engagements.
x Role playing is not a necessity, but I am an avid role player and would love to be part of a legion with other rpers.
x Ventrilo/microphones/etc. mustn't be a necessity. I don't have it, and I can't guarentee I can get it and regularly use it (or game well while using it).

About yourself:
Been a fan of MMORPGs for many years. Played some grind games (aka. Ragnarok and MU Online) but my main MMO at the moment is Guild Wars; have been playing it for 3 years and have logged 4000 hours on it
I start University in October and I hope that won't reflect negatively on my MMO play time (I doubt it will ).
I'm German and live in southern Germany (after moving here from the Philippines) and my English is pretty decent (I even took it as a mother tongue course in my College days ). I also speak a little French (learned in school) and Tagalog (native language in the Philippines if it's worth anything ) ...

What you're looking for in a legion:
Must be a fun legion with talented players and high aims in PvP but also one that enjoys PvE from time to time. The most important aspect to success I learned from Guild Wars is in my opinion how well players know each others' style of play and how well they perform as a team. Friendship and trust are certainly factors one can't ignore if aiming to be successful.
Having fun is definitely a top priority while playing MMOs and this should not be ignored. A legion which can combine success, fun, friendship and organized team play is what I'm looking for

Teamspeak and/or Ventrilo server is one thing that you need to be among the best and a necessity for team play (even though in Guild Wars, my guild managed to win PvP tournaments on a daily basis without and VoIP becoming very infamous ). Just hanging around talking in Vent or TS is also more exciting than looking at the chat screen the whole day ...
I'm kinda shy at the beginning but once I get to know other players this won't be a problem anymore

A Euro-guild would probably be very advantageous in order not to have so many time zone and play time related issues. I have been in American guilds, though. I'd also welcome some Germans in the legion if possible

About yourself:
Played lots of MMO's and console games in the past, and I cannot wait to sink my teeth into this game. My favorite online games up to date would probably have to be Guild Wars, Dark Age of Camelot, Cabal Online (it's a love/hate relationship), and that's about it. Fable 2 looks epic, and should hold me over for a while till Aion. I <3 my 360.

What you're looking for in a legion:
I really want a legion that kicks *** in pvp, knows the basics of pve, has vent or some type of voice chat, and is just fun to hang out with no matter what we're doing. Out of all the MMO's I've played I have learned that having fun people to play with will always make a game fun, either it be losing or teabagging the opposing faction. I just want a legion that I can join and it'll still be there in a year or two, or even more depending on how long this game goes on for. I'm a hardcore team player, and I need a team.

About yourself: My first MMORPG was FFXI, and I played a 75 RDM(/WHM,BLM,NIN,DRK). I did all of sky and a lot of the HMs. I then played a bit of GWs before moving onto WoW where I played a 70 Tankadin (Kara, timed-loot ZA, SSC, most of MH, some of BT). Plus a 70Hunter and 70SPriest to PvP with. I genuinely enjoy playing MMO's, reading, being lazy, surfing, swimming, hiking, and artwork. (, romantic candlelight dinners, long walks on the beach...)
What you're looking for in a legion: I'm looking for an adult guild that can joke around, yet get things done. I want dependable mates who don't waste time and are ready when scheduled. I think its important that the legion is big enough to handle absentees, but not too big that you can't learn each others' game play. Most importantly, I want an environment that fosters helping each other out, and not just getting yourself farther along.

About yourself- I live in NJ. I am a College graduate. I got a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with computer graphics. I made a few small 3D animations. I now work at a semi small printing company as their graphic artist. I am your typical girl gamer who likes all kinds of videogames. I played FFXI since 2003. I have 3 75 jobs at the moment (Summoner, Whitemage, Samurai) The linkshell (legion) I was in, did many great things for endgame. I was also an admin with our ventrilo chat.
What you're looking for in a legion - I am looking for a very organized Legion that has mostly people that have played and/or playing FFXI in it. A legion that is laid back but also gets things done. I am not saying that FFXI is the only mmo out there but I feel that I would be more comfortable with people that played FFXI. It doesn't have to have only FFXI players though.

What you're looking for in a legion - Looking for a Legion with the ability to be hardcore when needed, but relaxed when not. I'm looking for a community that is friendly to each other, aswell as having an overall friendly attitude to other players in game. And of course I am looking for a solid team to play with. Meeting new people, having a good time and generally owning everything standing in my way...
