I'm going to try both, but the sorcerer is my first choice, always.

Hmm, Very high chance i be using a spirt master as my main toon.

I always been a Necro, from Diablo II, EQ, Lineage II till VG.

The pet class has so much to give, if you know how to use them right.
I think i could write a book on the subject, but i promise i wont, lol.

One example is to use the pet as bait when you move around in tight places. Send the pet ahead of you then back it off send it off again, keep doing it till you get pass what ever you wanted to pass, o yes don't forget feign death.
So many ways to use them, CC, travel, tank-age, Splitting, DPS, Healing, pulling, did i mention bait?

I am not sure what the spirit master can do yet, but i am hoping to use my Dark knowledge for evil things.

Sorcerer if i go dps because i am an individualist who doesn't like relying on pets do to damage. As of now, it's a toss-up between classes though. I hope i'll get a chance to try them all out before release .

The reason why I'm not particularly fond of the Spiritmaster class, is because they'd be too repetitive. You walk into a town with your little flame spirit following you, and see two other people with the same spirit. I don't know, it just bothers me when something like that happens. So Sorcerer ftw.

I don't normally play offensive caster types, however lately I have been feeling about a change. To be honest, I am not sure what I would choose as both are completely different to my normal playing style. I like both the idea of blowing your enemies face off yourself, AND summoning some demon to rip it off for you. lol.

I always used to play the summoner type of characters in all mmo's I played. However I always found my damage was ALWAYS dependant on my summon and I basically was just a "Cleric healing a party-monster". I really HATED that feeling. With low dps on my own and basically healing and buffing a summon I really didn't enjoy myself the past mmo's I've played as a summoner. (Rf Online, 2moons..).

However I quickly realised what a powerhungry jerk I was :P and changed to the highest dps classes (Such as a striker in rf online... if you've ever played it you know what I mean.). So definately a sorcerrer, I'm not so much of a fan of the robes tho, but that new system like FF7 I can probably wear the leather armour types for fun :P

So definately a sorc:
Pros:
-High damage (A nessecity..)
-Ranged (I love hitting from afar.)

Cons:
-Slow cast time for some spells. (I can deal with that, the damage being pumped out is still the highest dps of all so meh.. win win situation.)
- Horrible defence. (I'll probably be one of the first to try a hybrid sorc wearing a diffrent armour to boost my defence (and look in my opinion better.) Also from what I've seen in video's sorc don't really get hit if they are with good tanks.

I just think that the sorcerer is just like the wizard in world of warcraft, so i don't really like to play in weak armor class and move while taking the monsters aggro, as i played a warlock on the same game and used the void reaver as a tank, so the spiritualist in AION has the earth spirit which have the armor to tank, so the xp will be easier, and the fire, water and air spirits will be used in parties to help in dps and aggro some spawning monsters... it'll help the Main tank to have some free space in dungeons ^^
so i chose spiritualist

3) Good at pvp (although i'd like for at least a few gladiators/templars to beat me) and solo, highest damaging skills i'd guess
