Aaaaah, ok I see. I was about to say, It's been over a year since I've played the game, but from what I remember farming 100 of those things without the use of a broken skill would almost be more trouble then it was worth. XD

Yea there was this thing going on with this Perma-Shadowform Build where you just nuked everything w/o taking dmg and getttin 3-10 ectos in an hour
but Shadowform got nerfed (-50% dmg) and the monsters now have a enchantment removal sig....

Did you seriously farm 100 ectoplasm? o.O;
