Hi Sorry to bother you Ayase, I have a little problem, I had a asmo but deleted it to update the look for it, but as I was doing it the pre selection ended as i was creating it and it hasnt saved it Its forcing me to go Elyos, I don't know if you have access to restore the asmo or make a random one for me I would be eternally grateful though

Yo Ayase i got a question for you. Why are there Lines to get in if you guys have been running aion in korea and China for like a year I would have thought you guys would have got the servers to hold tens of thousands. And if you knew this meny people Preordered why did not you guys just make more Servers? Not that I hate this game just seems a little off.

is there anyone at suppoort at the moment? serveral people in my legion inculding me are waiting fro responces for help with issues and nothing at all from anyone. guess some of us who have problems wont get to play headstart

Why do they not offer at least some kind of grace period for pre order keys like 7 days or something so that gives the stores time to get the product in. Why offer a head start when you cant play after release if the stores do not have the game in stock yet?
and my local gamestop i pre ordered from will not have the game until friday or later depending on the shipments. this only seems fair to offer the people that pre ordered a long time ago to give some kinda of grace period in between headstart and release due to the fact that not every store will recieve the game in time for release. I know this will be an issue for a lot of people

yes I would like to know this also what if the pre orders do not come in by the 22rd we have to wait? wth is that why give us the headstar just to take it away and have to wait until the store gets around to getting them?

Hey Ayase. I have a bit of a problem. I pre-ordered the collectors edition of Aion at my local gamestop. Well I've paid in full for it and everything. But now I find out from them yesterday that I won't be able to play the head start because they won't be having the collectors edition in until monday morning! So I was wondering how will I be able to play the head start?

Edit: I did send an email and have used ncsoft's support system. I've yet to get a response.

Hi Ayase. Many of us are still experiencing Error 1024 which was apparently fixed for most yesterday with a small patch. Problem seems to be, that for many of us, our NC Launcher is not (for whatever reason) accessing the patch server to download the fix. I recommend you visit the last 2-3 pages of this thread here where several posters (myself included) confirm the continued existence of this issue:

I wonder for the many of us that have posted on this thread, how many others simply gave up in frustration. I spent the better part of six hours yesterday trying to rectify this problem to no avail. I even uninstalled, and re-installed the launcher, only to have Aion disappear from the launcher entirely. Since the launcher is not accessing the patch servers for fixes, I had to manually download a corrected config file from the internet to fix this problem, just to get back to my original problem (error 1024).

I've given up on the hope that my hoped-for names are still available, but I would like to play on Sunday's head start.

Your post late yesterday indicated Error 1024 has been remedied, but I assure you it still is negatively affecting many of us, and the lack of any official response on this matter is frustrating in the extreme. This has truly been a shame, since I had no problems logging into Aion during both closed and open beta events. To have such extreme login problems on the eve of launch is worrying.

Please help.
