This is in response to zarakresh, but addressing a larger issue. This is a general caution to NCSoft West. Real Players (not farmers) should be handed out two suspensions before accounts are ever banned. World of Warcraft, everquest 2, and other American companies all go by this practice (generally speaking). I know it sounds crazy, but harsh treatment of players will backfire against you in the long run. I'm not saying don't go after the farmers rigorously, but give your general player base every chance you can. As I had mentioned before this view point is coming from 10 years mmo experience, take it as you will.

Help Ayase! All my friends are crying to quit the game because 1 of our friend had been perm banned for being related to RMT!

The friend who was banned is our real life friend and we are very sure that he is not related to RMT. Now all of my friend wants to quit... I really like the game and can understand it could be too much for a new team to handle the probably thousand of tickets sent in each day but wrongfully banning of legit players is totally unacceptable.

I am trying to convince the rest of my friends to stay, I even tried to convince the banned guy to come back with a new account but the same question always come back to me which got me stuck. 'What if after putting more effort and time into the game and I get banned for no reason?' Ayase can you please teach me how to over come this question?

First, of course the moderators will stop discussions, the person who wrote that letter wasn't just the community manager, but is the founder of curse.com, and he owns the rights to this website as far as I know. Second, he addressed some key issues which will affect the American community. I have been playing mmo's for 10 years now, including games such as: everquest, everquest2, world of warcraft, lineage II, D&D online, Vanguard, Eve Online, Warhammer, Runes of Magic and Darkfall (worse game ever!). I really love Aion, and see myself playing it for a long time. However, having said that, there are certain issues that will drive away American players. I don't need to readdress them, as most of them were already addressed in the letter.

Regarding Letter to NCsoft Korea written by the community manager of Curse.com, I would like to inform you that practically half of the community does not support his viewpoint and that you should read the latter part of the thread to see how much people have a distaste for what was said in the letter. It is also important to note that all attempts to open threads to undermine the letter and opinion of the Curse manager in the general discussion section have been stopped by the moderators of this website. Thanks for your time.

Ayase could you please read this topic the whole issue of the euro servers is beyond a joke now.. whats the point in any of us trying to get the attention of support staff when there's no answer or nothing gets done!

Please can you check the screenshot and tell me, is that working as intended? (the only graphic setting which makes a different is object range, changing anything else doesn't do anything to FPS)

Is it my system? Because the GPU is ATi4870 1 gig, CPU a Phenom II 940 and 3 GB of RAM (running winXP 32bit) - I have been waiting along time for more information on this, and have decided to try here, basically, if this is working as intended I will give up leveling my character!

If its a problem to be fixed, then I'll stick around!
