    Hey Ayase, enjoying Aion but am having some issues with the communication between the server maintenance times and sufficiently alerting the Aion player base. The Aiononline site is down when the servers are down so we cant find when Aion will be up and running agian. Could you take a look at the way that information is provided to us via NCWest - thank you.

    Could you give the server hamsters some stimulants (I know of a good one) or will htere be more servers opening up in the near future to handle the loading times.

    Are the new servers configured properly to handle the interest that Aion has generated this open beta? There was nothing wrong in the CBT phases but this one - well could be done better.
