GEs are general education classes. History, English, Math, etc. :P

I didn't know what I wanted to be.. After working 2 years in the PC field I thought electronics were pretty interesting. So I thought I'd give it a try.

I went back to Fairy after my friend gave me one of her accounts to play. Pretty glad I don't have to start all over again, but I gotta get some gil since she jacked all the good stuff. >.>I played PUP,DRG,NIN and BLU before I left. <3 PUP

Ouch, yeah I don't think I'll be doing much class hopping somehow. Dropping out for me would be comparable to financial suicide. I have no idea what a 'GE' class is, but that's because I'm British. We don't even 'Major' in things, crazy I know!

Did you always want to be an Engineer, or is it a recent thing? What did you want to be originally before things started going off-track?

I play on the Bahamut server with a new character called Menardi. I got sick of playing Red Mage on my Taru and starting over is kinda fun, although both characters are on the same account so my previous character has been providing me with some 'financial aid' so to speak. Gonna try and play more melee jobs this time, might enjoy myself more. Funnily enough I could exp for hours on MNK but with RDM I felt like doing something else after about 2 hours. What jobs did you play before you quit?

Just getting an Associates degree in Electric Tech for now. If it works out well I'll probably continue on to become an engineer. Not really the same thing I was doing before I dropped out. Before I was hopping from one major to another cause I couldn't decide on what it was I wanted to do. So going full-time while taking classes I wasn't even sure would help me made me think things over and decide to drop out.

But yeah that's the good part about college though. I mean you will have to take your GE classes and stuff, but afterwards you can focus on the things you like. That's when things will be more fun for ya I think.

What server do you play on? I still have my buddy pass, but I'm not sure if I'll play the entire 30 days. I went back to Fairy, but I didn't contact any old friends since they never stayed in touch with me outside the game. :P

What are you doing at College? Was it the same thing you were doing when you dropped out? I think if I dropped out of College I'd have to just end my life or something. D: /drama

I found High School very difficult as I couldn't really apply myself to a lot of the subjects. If I don't think it's beneficial or relevant to me much then I tend to get quite lazy about it, although I did try not to. I guess I'm just spoiled like that.

I've started playing FFXI again myself recently, it's a nice way to distract myself when I am bored I guess although really I don't have much time for it. I might have to take a break from MMOs altogether, although a life without MMOs is a scary thought. Aion is very much a 'see how I feel at the time' affair for me right now.

I think College/Universities are much better than high school. It's just because you have so much more freedom. The work is obviously harder, but the fact that you finally get to the point where school work becomes important for your career makes it bigger difference. I found high school to be a complete waste of time. :P

As for Aion, I don't even know anymore. I'm still going to try it when it comes out, but this big delay really does make you lose a bit interest. I mean we still haven't gotten any beta info yet... I've had thoughts of going back to FFXI, and forgetting about the game, but then I remember how much I dislike SE's service so I'm kinda screwed. :P I'm in college as well though. So once the work starts rolling I should be busy for a while. Good luck once you start attending. Just don't overdo it. I ended up dropping out for 3 years from all the pressure. >.>;

I'm sorry Fishy~ I have a lot of Akiha artwork on my computer but I go through too many fads and trends when it comes to Avatars etc. to stay on one character for too long. Even if Akiha is one of my favourites!

Your lack of Akiha pictures make me a sad fishy.
