Aw man, it was a great video. It's from a show called "Lucy: Daughter of the Devil" In the scene the devil and his secretary log onto the sex fofenders registry and look at the dots on the map, and the devil points out the the dots almost make the shape of a smilie face except that a few are in the way...so he decides to rearrange all of them by tampering with the addresses and spelling out "Gotcha!" lol
