yeah Aion is nice but turning out to be, for me at least, just another pretty version of the same old thing (PvE feels as weak as WARs and the campaign quests are rather shallow. PvP is lots of zergage and the abyss idea is turning out to feel more like an open-air BG than anything really cool).

Good thing combat is interesting otherwise I'd probably have quit a while ago. I too will definitely be going to FFXIV. I've been waiting for it ever since I quit FFXI back in 2006

I'm still enjoying Aion though.

Doing my ten day free Lich King trial on WoW so I can get my hunter to 55 and then start a death knight on the server my little brother and his girlfriend will be playing on when she moves to Connecticut. Fun times. Never picked up Aion because they announced FFXIV and figured playing WoW would work better as a temporary time-waster since I wouldn't have to buy all new software.

Yep. Been playing a few chars: Asmodian Sorc/Ranger on Siel and Elyos Chanter/Assassin on Vaizel. They're all 25-31 atm.

I've always had a small, glimmering measure of musical composition talent that's always been pretty deeply buried and has yet to find an outlet for expression, but the more people like you I meet in life (both real life and intarwebz) the more I feel encouraged to just buy a synth or something and start ****ing around with fruity loops or something. Damn my growing up poor as hell. My asshole brother got a trumpet.

But, I've been meaning to get back to the studio to lay down another 3 tracks, but iRlazy and easily distracted. I have about 9 more to record total. Speaking of, I need to get back to practicing and set up an appointment to motivate myself more lol.
