You do a quest at level 25, think it starts in the cathedral (where you buy the skills from 25) from the guy standing on the left side of the throne kinda. You're meant to do a quest that leads you to the arena in pandemonium, which gets timed (kill stuff in the prison) then you go to the lvl 20 frost/snowyplace and do some mission quest (yellow) its a timed flight quest, once u complete u get increased flightspeed and stuff and access to the abyss (u enter abyss by using the big thing in the air in the same town)
