Will be fixed jobs m8. Character creation for certain classes; i.e Scout, so that you can later choose Ranger or Assasin etc... But don't let that put you off
, the stigma system means weapons etc are open to all classes, and theres a hell of alot more feature in it that FF doesnt have 
.
