Let the Aion defenders take shots at you, I believe that its more of a way of justifying to themselves that Aion in its current state is worth the pay to play tag and that they are getting thier dollars worth. Myself as with you also left WoW for Aion and have a similiar story with migrating with friends too and now have moved back.

I agree with every criticism and praise you give the game. Also, Mai is awesome.

Level 38 and I CANNOT go to Kaidan HQ for a fifth time. It is BORING. I'm only half way to my level up, and its just not fun anymore. Yet, I loved the game pre-30 and wish for that experience back. Its a bad position to be in.

I think that people are just not at a level where the problems of the game effect them as much. Most people I find defending the game are sub level 35. There are quite a few who are above, but they are a minority. Also, I find the ones who are above 35 tend to respond to my suggestions sensibly. They back up the suggestions and offer constructive criticism.

I agree with your post on lack of involvement of CM's and lack of support. I personally feel that- more than anything else- is driving folks away from the game. Most fans are still in a "state of denial " though and are maintaining everything is peachy . I saw the same just before Tabula rasa was closed : folks simply weren't being realistic because they loved that game . I haven't yet quit Aion officially but it has been days since I last logged in . I detest the general atmopshere ingame ( bots, goldsellers and elitist jerks - reminds me more of Lineage 2 every day ) and am simply no longer having fun with the game . And there are a lot of folks quitting every day . My legion once was full and now I'm the only one left ingame . Seems NCsoft is focusing on selling more boxes instead of trying to keep subscribers onboard .

    Thanks for posting dude.

Yeah, I get cynical sometimes but it's typically a defense mechanism.

For the most part, I really don't have a problem with Aion, I have a problem with the way the community and game is being handled by the Western company.

hai bro i like how you're being more positive than negative. even though we quit the game doesn't mean we wouldn't come back if the game got better. although i think i've thrown in the towel for good, i want others to be aware of why i didn't like the game, inclduing the devs as if they read these forums(which i have no doubt they don't).

    cheers.
