As somebody currently employed by AT&T that used to also think that the iPhone was just a trendy PoS, i can honestly say that the new 3G model is much improved to the extent that im actually concidering dropping alltel to buy one lol.

Lol Alltel is a third-rate carrier, piggybacks on At&T equipment since they can't afford their own towers.

Actually thats not right, Alltel is a CDMA system running on OLDER STRONGER CDMA towers...... piggy backing off verizon who recently bought them out.

AT&T uses GSM towers ENTIRELY 100% different then their CDMA and former TDMA counterparts.

CDMA was phased out in europe for some strange reason even tho its EVDO system provides stronger signals and faster data connections via smart phones and data cards.

AT&T is the one using a lesser system network, however its big enough to where you really wont notice unless your out in the sticks.

Regardless the I Phone is alot better then it used to be which is making me want one.

The layout looks fine on an iPod touch, for what its worth.

I am able to on my iPod Touch.

For example, if I go into the "General Discussion" forum, the layout essentially looks something like this:

Forum New posts User CP
General Discussion
Threads: (New?)

Clicking on "(New?)" is what you'll want to do.

If it helps, I can take a snapshot of it on my screen and post it also.

Other errata:

The "Report Post" is a "[!!]" next to [Reply], if anyone is looking for that. As I mentioned before though, I have no option to "quote" or "reply with quote."

Also reporting from an iPod touch! You guys are way ahead of me on the no quote and !!! as the report button. So far so good, though!

so how do you NOT view it on mobile mode from an Iphone it seems to load up on mine that way by default....

Currently you cannot - clicking "PC Mode" at the top is supposed to switch, but it hasn't worked since the site move.
