I'm not the only one who noticed the guy with the two hander was attacking a Krall in Sanctum right? Love the orb. Can't wait to smash a baby dragon into someone's face.

Wondering the same thing myself, if it's a drop only then I will never hunt for the polearm with another gladiator lol...(I don't know what I would do to keep that polearm for myself if I saw that thing drop) hehe

It's like the designers can't make weapons that aren't stunning. I'm a really hard to please graphic artist and the designs in Aion continue to floor me.

*just wanted to add that the dragon orb opens up the design possibilities 100 fold. Just think of all the cool things they can come up with without the limitation of it being spherical.

The artwork and modelwork in this game is absolutely outstanding. This is why I want to play Aion: their makers are proud of it and the content is top notch.

Finally, a staff whose look I can really like. Shield+mace would look VERY nice together.

I do believe these items drop from bosses that are located in each fortress instance.

Notice they only have 5 sockets <compared to AB gear that has 6>

Staff has a crit rate of 60%, Shield has a block rate of 45% <not sure how this compares to AB gear>

BTW: Orb skull and now Orb drake FTW <must have these things for my alt SM>

It is the same for 50 gears. Funny, I remember seeing that they increased crit rates for 2 handed weapons in the translated 1.5 patch notes but they are still the same as 1.2.

Lol, yah, I plan on either a sorcerer or SM alt at some point. Would love to throw a baby dragon at my enemies :P Too cute.

Very cool, I'd like to see that orb animation in action. They all kind of look like they are from the same set though don't they? Is there lore attached to them?
