I guess announcing these regulations is part of the terms of agreement between Aionsource and NCwest.

Honestly, the only NEW rule is the blatant advertising one. The infraction system is changed from what it used to be, but for the most part these are the rules that I agreed to back in early '07.

Glad to see this. I've only been part of this community for a short while but as soon as I first came this site I noticed the large amount of trolls/flamers/people with huge chips of their shoulders.

Hopefully this will put all of that in check.
