Can you go into more detail about the factions seperate lords and ladies and their personalities/ what class do they must accurately represent. (i.e. Jikel is obviously a gladiator because he can use all weapons, while his counterpart is a templar. What about the others). And go more indepth about how all the classes fit into the lore of the game. (i.e. your indepth description of the templars place in both factions societies as framed by the cataclysmic war).

I'm just really curious and I know others are too.

-what kind of "tweaks" will the naming/legion naming system get for Aion West? (if any)

-Confirmation/details on how the Collector's items(+ preorder items) will be handled. (per character or per account?)

-What is meant by "Access to server and Character Preselection" ? (on the preorder cd case) Is that before the headstart?set of days where there is no character wipes? please specify.

-Can you reveal the name(details) of the title that will be included for the CE? (since everything else has been revealed)

-Will the 12 servers be divided between NA/EU at release? (will each region get a set of 12?)

-Will each of the 12 servers get their own timezone?

-Will we be able to lock our action bars by beta4?

-About the free 30day gametime included w/ buying the game, Can you confirm if we do or do not need a credit card or gamecard or etc. first, in order to receive those free 30days. (ie register card or pay for a subscription before free 30days are activated? imo. kind of defeats the purpose of it being "free".)

-With the new costumes revealed in v1.5, will we see NA/EU "influenced" clothing options by release time? (hint hint: mounty uniform? )

-Have you ever considered implementing a "Save Character Template" feature for the character customization?

-From the 8 available character slots in beta, can you confirm that we are indeed getting 8 slots on release.

-For future features, have you ever considered on the ability to dye wings or weapons?

For those of us that have preordered there is mention of early access to reserve our name on a server. Is there going to be access to reserve a name (or a couple names) before the 48-hour head start or was that just the way a marketing team decided to add another bullet to the list while describing the head start?

The way it reads I think it could be either. I can see the interpretatoin that there is a seperate name reservation time before head-start. However, I also see how having 48-hour access to the servers prior to launch could be called a chance to reserve your name.

I would like about the area under Sanctum. I've heard it's impossible to get there. Then I saw screens from there. What is the meaning of this area? Is it a new area in development? Or is it just decorative?

Will the length of guild and character names be extended for western needs(at the moment it fits to eastern format)?

Will cleric pvp gear obtained through pure pvp be always better for his pvp survivability than gear obtained through pve?

In other words: There wont be any gear obtained through PvE that would make cleric's survivability in pvp better than when wearing his full pvp gear obtained through participating in pure pvp.

Or will players have to go through all the content even the content they dont enjoy in order to get the best gear suited for their primary focus. (like in vanilla WoW you still had to do pve to get jewelry etc. because pvp system wasnt offering those).
