I don't get the need for the raw materials imho.

I just got the digital CE from

it has all the ingame stuff...
It seems it's all about the wings and the headstart to me... you get all that...

yeah I would like the box; paper; discs and all that... but there's nuttin that extra... well I suppose the lovely, artistic statue [hmmm]

am I wrong? do i need to button mash the web???

Just ordered the CE from Amazon.com. Was looking thru shipping options and surprise! For $5.98 they gave me release date delivery. How good is that!

Well since Australia only apparently got its shipment of CE preorder boxes this week, I think there's still plenty left. I know I have my two CE copies preordered (well one for me, one for my wife). Having said that I can't imagine Australia got many CE copies (I think we just get a small slice of the 50,000 US ones ... we count as the US as far as the servers and region is concerned normally).

Dude I know. That is sweet. I ordered mine last week on Amazon and when I saw that option I was like "Hell yeah." Now I can play the headstart and when it goes live I won't even have to leave my apartment. It will be delivered right to my door. I love Amazon.

IT's weird to think that some people were worried that the game wouldn't sell because so many people were addicted to wow. It just goes to show you that if you come up with something innovative and new the people will def respond.

If anyone is still looking there are some CE's for sale on ebay, for the regular retail price + shipping. Says they still have "more than 10".

I checked Amazon, CE preorder page has changed, now it offers to notify you if it becomes available.

Gamestop has been out for a while, same with the local BestBuy.

I too bought my CE from Amazon. I'm dorky enough that I paid the extra money for it just because of the statue. Then again, I have bought figures from all my favorite games. Oh well, who says you cant still like toys as an adult!

OK, here is our deal. My husband and I went to Gamestop to preorder Aion before the 4th beta. We did not pre order the CE because we knew nothing of the game or what came with the CE. We have now participated in 3 CB's and love the game, and definately planning on playing upon release. Is there anyway for us to upgrade to CE? Gamestop doesn't have the preorder code in their system any longer they said, although they said they may get some extra copies. But, on the Aion website, I saw there was a prepurchase link, and on that page you can upgrade to CE for $10.00, and it requires you to have a Aion account, which we do have. Does that apply to us, or only if you prepurchased from NCSoft?

Sorry if this question is redundant, but I just want to be clear. TYVM 8)
