Don't hold your breath on the CB in Jan/feb from experience Developers usually mean the furthest possible date from a general statement. Early 08 could basically mean Jan - end of May.

Anyhow spiritmaster sounds really cool. What always ****es me off about MMOs is that every class sounds so much fun to play I never can decide which is why I have 10 PvE/PvP characters in Guild Wars :P

That, in my opinion, is GW's main disadvantage. The character development is so lacking that many people have more than three PvE characters. Myself, who promised complete dedication to my Ranger when I purchased the game, ended up making a total of seven PvE characters. It's hard to not do so, but it can become very difficult to identify people. It'd be much better if it had better character development, like AION is announced to have.

but then, some people (like me) would see that as a great advantage. in games where you may only have 3 or 4 characters you may never know if you would have enjoyed another class even more. this can nag at you for a long time until finally you spend heaps of time trying them, just to find you DID choose the best class for you!

besides, Guild wars may not have much level developement, but there are plenty of other things you can do at level 20: finish all campaigns, finish all campaigns HM, do all possible quests, do all possible quests HM, Farm, Run, vanquish, get all best equipment (weapons and 15k armors) plus more stuff.

but even though i do love guild wars' style playing i think aion will find the perfect position between guild wars style, and conventional MMO style playing. i cant wait

I like really large swords, and um...well...hurting people with it, AND SM IS A GOOD ADVERB, just as long as you don't but BD in front of it for any reason...
