An implied target is your target's target. For example, if you're targeting the tank in your group, and the tank is targetting an enemy, then your target will be the tank and your implied target will be the enemy. None of our beta testers have confirmed this as of now, and I've yet to see any news or interviews on it. So I don't think that it's in there right now. (It's still beta remember!) There is an "assist" function, where if your targeting the tank, you can click assist and it will target his target. Not sure if you can switch back to the tank yet, but that's the closest we get so far.

My post got lost in the shuffle a ways back but can any beta tester with experience playing with or as a chanter read this thread and maybe comment? We are lacking a bit of info on the classes current role in groups. All we've heard so far is they are getting buffed a bit because they are left out of groups often.

Since that trailer I haven't seen one character climb a wall. I HOPE and PRAY nightly that it's still in the game somewhere, or will be in the game someday.

Unfortunately, I think it is not implemented since we haven't seen any video with climbing, neither any report about it from beta testers.

For now, no. But NCsoft still didn't mention anything about a possible implementation in the future. This was greatly discussed in the following thread:

Meh probably he sucked. But as I can see, the Ranger is using some kind of slowing technique. My guess would be that hes using something like Wing Clip or Concussive shot (WoW Hunter). The leveling will be something between L2 and WoW, meaning less hardcore, but harder than WoW's system.

You can choose between WASD and C2M, that's why you see people using both.

Well, click to move is pretty much useless in a mmo these days.

Remembering how terrible was L2 pvp with no WASD control gives me headache -_-

I actually enjoyed L2 PvP with click to move, although I know it's not as efficient as a WASD system.

I agree, C2M is a game killer for me - it's probably the main reason I never tried L2. I come from an FPS background, I have to have WASD.

It's hard for someone to tell you that. It's up to you what you are willing to play and what kind of play-style you like, because they both differ a lot. Try to check the class section and see if you can come up with a decision.
