Zyuu went through patcher hell to play Aion and still took the time to write up a nice article about his first hour or so in Atriea as an Elyos Priest. Definitely give his writeup a read, there'll probably be more! Screenshots are included.

It seems like graphic details are on medium and anti-aliasing is 2x. Pretty nice.

graphics look way better than those we saw in screenshots forum for beta 3 . If these are medium settings that's all you'll ever need to enjoy the game . Besides : I'm currently playing stuff like Diablo II ( not the expansion,the original) and have again found gameplay is far more important at any rate . You can have decidedly mediocre graphics and still get hooked on a game

But the Abyss being the center-point of the entire game they should make it worthwhile to look at and not have it endless plains like Lineage II has . Having to look at dull graphics in addition to those worlds being devoid of other players being present doesn't make for an exciting experience

Ughhhhhhhhhhh FK cilent downloads! 6gigs? Guess im downloading overnight... Unless the box set gives out special items lol. But i love the graphic settings. Medium with that much detail? God i want two video cards and a nice 40 inch HDTV and put Aion on max settings. It would be amazing.
