You know, these type of people will never go away...so it's better to make fun of them.

Every large scale MMO (and probably even the smaller ones) have different teams working on different issues/updates. Different teams means different work knowledge. When you go to the doctor due to a flu...do you go to a foot doctor? Or, if there is something wrong with the engine of your car, do you take it to a tire replacement centre to have them try to solve the problem?

I'd like to see a plastic surgery ticket added... love to be able to play with the character customization some more

I'll play this game for six months for a full set of six socket gold armors/weapon that allow me to run twice as fast and be invisible to all aggressive mobs in PvE zones. Not for an upgrade.
