Aion Korean Patch Notes 11/11/09

Hey everyone-

Our very own translation guru That's Too Bad has taken the liberty of translating the most recent Aion Korean patch notes for us!

It is important to note that these changes are for the KOREAN client only. We will let you know when we can expect these on our end but the usual steps must be followed to localize the new things.

I do like the changes to fortress sieges, it means that everyone can get a medal, but there is more incentive for a legion to own and defend since they can earn some extra medals.

Chanters should also get points for buffing. :I We spend so much time switching between healing and DPS and Buffing and rezing that I worry if getting Gold medals is possible without being full DPS or full healbot.

Chanters competing with clerics will never get more rewards than them for healing. While healing MT, most of my heals were barely anything because the clerics were 2k healing him. My 8xx heal barely did anything substantial.

I think you guys are confused. Chanters and cleric in a party receive the same abyss points as any other member of that party. The amount of abyss points earned by the party is based on the damage dealt by your group, as opposed to other groups.

If your 6 man team takes down a 600 AP target in a fort siege, each member of the party will get 100 AP, whether they healed, buffed, DPSed or sat nearby AFK. If your group and another group each attacked that 600 AP target and each group dealt 50% of the damage to the target, your group earns 300 AP, of which every member earns 50 AP, even if you only buffed, healed, or picked your nose while AFK.

The only way this hurts you (as a chanter or cleric) is if you're in a group that has no damage dealer at all, or if you are not in a group.

I really hope that the SM Pets can't use any damage abilities while airborne... Other than that good news, must be disturbing to resummon the pet 24/7

pet can use all abilities in air.. just you - SM - must be in air too ....

I'm not a fan of the new uniforms.

They don't look anything special to me!

And the American one when I heard that I thought: jeans and a jacket...lol

Russian sucks, only ones that would buy that are Russians who have no taste!
