i plan on playing a ranger (maybe sorc tho, i like my dd classes), like in every mmo i play, so i'm gonna need some buffer love. i figure i put the word out on here to see if i can meet some new friends who play buffer, so hopefully we can duo our ways to the top pretty quickly. i'm pysched for this game to come out, been following this board for a while, first time post though (obviously). so all you buffers out there, let it be known!

we could get into a discussion of why buffs are important, make the game more in depth and interesting and even out the game more than it makes it unequal, but no beating dead horses for me today. i agree that L2 had too way buffs, but this certainly isn't the same game. besides, this game certainly doesn't seem like it will be overbuffed, like L2 which you seem to be comparing it to with that bot comment. L2 had at least 6 kinds of buffers, depending how you count them. this game has two.

2 posts on the priest board?!? come on... i gotta post in general discussion.

. I wish that the Chanter somehow got better buff-wise though because it's rumored that their buffs are pretty bad.. >.<

They have the guts to make people STRONGER and harder to kill! Those twisted, criminally insane bastards!!! Kill them all! How can any human being choose to play a buffer???? That is truely unthinkable!

Brother... I think you need some professional help. Or need to change the game genre you play.

since no one wants to be my friend, i might just end up getting two accounts and dual boxing the cleric. btw, can you dual box on the same pc in aion? any word on that?

Haha twostep you've gone from one sore point to another for the whiners of this forum.

Apparantly not only are buffs evil and game destroying, but two boxing is as well! It's so hard to keep up with what's hot and what's game-destroying these days. =/

I wouldn't worry about it, there will be plenty of healers around. There's a good chance I'll be making one.
