Wicked video. Is this a world boss in the abyss or in a dungeon instance? Just to clarify something I heard about endgame in Aion as well; are all raid bosses out in the open for both factions to grab at the same time? So if one side is fighting a boss, the other faction can come in and wipe the raid by engaging with other players?

tbth, all PvE is, and will always be total easymode, no matter how much script you try to shove down the players throats, and this is coming from someone who managed to finish up Naxx at level 60, the only real excitement comes from seeing and finishing the fight the first time, after that, its more of a chore.

What I'd really like to see is more RvR dungeons, basically, think of a 40 man raid, however, both sides can enter it through different entrances, and there are a ton of ways to run into the other side and fight them, so you never are really "safe" and constantly have to keep your guard up.

You have to change the bosses up, make them so that they will not reset when deaggroed, and will drop loot to the group that does the most damage, but its really a ton more fun then any script, I remember times when we got to the Phoenix Lord in Darkness Falls, started on him, and had our guard down because we hadn't run into any stealthers the whole night, only to get jumped by a huge group of Hibs that opened up the zone, and a bunch of Albs that had gotten lost in the dungeon, it ended up being this huge 3 way fight in this tiny room, with fights all over the place, all three sides trying to off the others, and our tank trying to get the Phoenix the aggro on the others by bringing it into their AoEs.

*shrugs* I just figure its far more easier to let players add in the script by just being there, and cause the fight to be different every time you go there, making it so you never know what to expect when you raid, rather then have them spend weeks if not months working on the script for a boss that will end up getting beat in the next few weeks and will be forgotten shortly after, or will end up being nothing more then an annoying roadblock to groups that have passed that point.

No one finished Naxx at level 60. One hardcore guild worldwide saw Kel'thuzad, most were stuck on Sapphiron. Unless you consider a Four Horsemen kill to be a "clear," which had become the established standard. That being said, I disagree with most of your post as well; raids become easymode after you've gotten used to the encounter. You freely admit that. But until you have the encounters down, they can be very difficult. Granted, they'll never evolve once you're figured out the gimmicks, but it's quite fun to figure them out.

That's a complete lie...I know at least 3 guilds that completed Naxxramas at level 60

I was originally on Alleria where Risen was THE GUILD pre-BC and they were the first to get to Kel'thuzad and get him to a point of death, but the fight glitched and they didn't technically get the kill until they were already second place. The first to technically kill him was a horde europian guild if I recall correctly. And then at least one more killed them.
