Whats the time limit for S rank? Is it within 2:30 like A rank? Or do you need to do it within 2 hours?

Either way our group isn't really trying for it at the moment, the fire resists you need for the S rank boss make it stupidly hard for now, so we'd rather stick with A and at least get some loot until properly geared

That's reassuring Those Tahabata's weapons make a great PvE addition to my gear goal. Although we don't have much DPS, we do get some nice burst damage from certain spells, iirc. And Fear Shriek is awesome.

S is supposedly 20k points, 2:00 left on clock.

A is 17k, 1:30.

19.5K + is enough for rank S

If people are getting A rank while using a few greens, bunch of blues, and sme golds, I'd imagine that same group in expert blue/gold and higher end golds, plus all those extra manastones, will be able to get s rank when they streamline their runs. I wonder what the best group to run it is. Temp/Glad/***/Sorc/Cleric/Chanter seems like it would be pretty solid, with the Gladiator being able to try and hold aggro for a short period if the templar drops and the assassin rezzes it via a stone (if this is all possible in DP).

Getting s rank in greens and blues is a waste though because while you can get the rank, you're probably not killing the boss.

Any tips for getting an A rank? We can finish in time, but without the points. We clear all bosses except the Lakha area. Is it that we just need more DPS to kill more trash mobs?

You need to kill all of the capt mobs. There are... 10, I think. They give about 200 each along with most of the drana.

This. Captains + drana + all bosses will get you to A easily, without having to clear extra trash.

Also, kill Professor Hewahewa every time--he's worth almost 1k on his own.
