Well...I think the Balaurs should actually have wings...If u have searched "Aion" on wiki, maybe u found this here it says that Aion (the god) made Balaurs first, and then he made Daevas, which are not as powerful as Balaurs, so it should be normal to have wings... __________________ ... |

i don't mind the bat wings. from the videos i've seen, it could use some improvements. it needs more veins and bones showing through. more texturing in other words. i also like the idea of dragon like wings with claws at the ends.
and i don't think it's a question of good versus evil either. there is nothing in the prelude story to justify extracting these distinctions from it. humans are superbly inferior when it comes to preconcieved notions. that's why preschoolers learn 2nd languages better than their elders. they are fresh with no notions of how a language is ordered or formed. just because these features are associated with evil in some pop cultures does't mean it is that way every single instance. however, i have no problem with you fanticising your own character as evil. that's your perogative. as long as you don't force your fantasy on others. |

I wonder if they would consider Albino Bat wings, for thos pale lovers out there.
As for Asmodian alignment, I like to think of them as more vicious and primal, not neccessarily evil, where you may consider Elyos more peiceful and empathic. I think this goes down to the core of why they split, and why they fight eachother, based on the explaination of the towers collapse. You can just as easily find a "righteous" character persecuting their foes, just like the Christian and Islamic wars with eachother, wile you can find a vicious combatant who has a valid sense of justice and dignity. Personally, I would love some depth and compromising culture and various personality in both race backgrounds. I would be even more compelled if the Balaur were not so evil in intention, but simply rebelious to a vindictive Aion, which nobody remembers since it has been so long. Evil is about your actions, not your culture or "allignment". It is an RP genre for a reason, and your totally invited to play the character you want.
