Can i have both Factions in the same account, and server. Or I can only have elyos in one server and asmodians in other?

No you can't
You can only choose 1 race per server.

For what reason?
So you can relog to the other faction to insult your punishers?

There is absolutly no reason why you should have both factions on the same server.
