Hi

I was wondering if there had been any Q&A covering Server Maintenances:

1) How many times per week/month?
2) Which day(s) of the week?
3) Average downtime per maintenance?
4) Will there be a need for rolling realm restarts at non-peak hours? (like WoW)

they have not released any info on how NCsoft West plans to do server maintenance. Hopefully we will receive information on this soon

when c-aion updated servers to 1.2 they were down for about 6 hours (but it was a pretty big patch in their defense)

grats on the sticky, hopefully this will cut back on all the repeated questions... then again, since most were about the betas or headstart/preselect it's a little late haha
