I know people hate the comparison but if they used the attributes of the WoW Druid Cat form for our "Dog" form it would be plausible. ****Javelin Ducks****

Also, is there a better name than "dog" form for this shapeshifting ability? I sure hope so.

UO had this same thing, id polymorph my GM archer and run around in dog form, when someone attacked me I'd bark bolts of Vanquishing at them lol. 2 shots = dead.

There would be complaints then, since other classes can do things in those forms. I' not sure about spell casting though... so maybe that would work.

From what i've seen in the other post, I'd have to dig for it. The fact that the ranger can stealth in that form and use there arrows, there gods in pvp. For the simple fact they can out run the melee class. And if the melee try's to run, they can't get away from them. Not to mention they can fly in that form as well.

I don't mind the whole ranged attack in wolf form, just make it either not stealth or stealth without the speed increase.

They shouldn't be able to fly in dog form. That's wrong.

But you cant kill the shooting aspect, without that we aren't really RANGErs are we? We would be more like druids from DnD.
