1) RNG - Is fixed in 1.5 mostly, of course some RNG element remains in every game though.

2) Consumables - I don't see what's wrong with consumables? Surely, if anybody can use them, they're balanced. Explain.

3) WoW is terrible for PvP, especially since they tried to balance it around 2v2 arena. Even everybody on the WoW forums admits it's terrible.

Aha, not in WoW. As a top WoW player our OP knows how awes00ome WoW is.
The raids are so hard, but our OP is lucky to be so skilled.

stop bothering. You're trying to convine a forum filled with aion fanatics with massive hatred for WoW that their game is bad. Not gonna work.

games differ from each other, play what you like

1. Where in 1.5 does it say RNG is reduced?

2. Consumables is just another un-needed grind added to the game. Most people don't want to feel like they NEED to farm consumables before enjoying PvP.

jflanden, Im still waiting.

I can argue for and against both games, and I will but first let's see if you actually have any clue about the game

@jflanden is there any other pvp experience which is not compared to wow system, maybe there are some imbalanced skills in aion like guardiantransformation, the only thing i don't like in aion is amount time which you must spend to gain abysspoints and how easy you can lose them by being ganked from some grps

i never played wow only daoc for some years but honestly the duel between rouges is maybe skill in your eyes but for a wow noob its only boring, when you like it so much stay by wow

Good thing you don't NEED to farm consumables before enjoying PvP then.

Obviously, if you put some effort in to stock up, you get rewarded, but not to the extent that you'll one shot everyone. This is a good thing, though obviously that comes down to opinions and you're going to disagree if you're a partisan easymode WoW troll.

And last time I checked, WoW had consumables too, just not in arena.

I'll rephrase, so i dont get -repped and marked for 'trolling' (??)

Aion =/= WoW
Things will be different, go figure, it's a different game.
Change is not neccessarily bad and as such, does not need to be changed to be the same.
Alot of the OP points are invalid.
Also, RNG can add to the diffculty and skill required of the game, having something random happen (namely a stun missing) will make you rethink your next move and the way at which you should advance through the battle, it can also make you think about what you need to do should something go wrong. Instead of spamming rotations, knowing that it will all work.

+rep if u love me for redeeming myself

There isn't. WoW is the only game with perfect PvP where nothing depends and gear.
I mean.. look at GW. It's so easy you can only have 8 skill, it's ridiculous. It even has auto follow which makes the PvP a joke.

I should probably put /endsacasm here.

If you don't farm consumables, you are put as a serious disadvantage, which is not very fun.

Hey guys come on >> I think you all need to go read this again: AionSource.com - Announcements in Forum : General Discussion

Ya you all know you don't like this posts and all. But that doesn't mean you should flame him on each post you make. So just flame one time or maybe two and then let the thread die or get locked... So maybe some people can prove him wrong on things.
