Ranger or Assassin

Hey,

I know there are plenty of similar threads out here but they are either to old (pre-release) and i don't really know if the people know what they are talking about or they cover mostly pve.

As main i'm playing a sorc, mostly in groups, and want to make a stealther toon but can't decide between ranger and sin. Played both to lvl11 but you can't really say much at that lvl.

I mostly want to do solo rifting/solo abyss pvp with this class. I know i can do that with my sorc too but i really like stealther twinks for that

So what would you recommend if you wouldnt care about pve or mass pvp? Sin would be a nice because it would be really different from my sorc. But i heard they have problems in the abyss cause most skills don't work in airial combat. They have the better stealth but i can't really compare cause i don't know how much difference there is. On the other hand i like ranged classes that can kite and have a lot of instant skills. I would play both but don't have the time... lvling isn't the fastet in aion and neither of them will be my main char

Since you will be playing another Class in paralell, i reccomend you go Ranger.. Assassin is quite a difficult class to play. You are right about aerial combat. It is nearly impossible to win flying.

assassins the most skillful class to master, so many skills and you gotta time them right. Archer is simply, fly and fly around shooting your enemies.
