That's exactly what happens to me whenever I try to branch out into other roles. Tanks start to frustrate me with their lack of fire power, healing is just not for me, ranger type classes don't look flashy enough, it feels unsatisfying to have pets/summons do the work for me, and I've always just flat out sucked at assassin type classes .

Inevitably, I always find myself gladly coming back to the glass cannon.

If you think rolling a clothie and staying alive long enough to nuke somone is ez-mode i think you are sadly mistaken. Anyone can put on armor and swing at stuff till its dead. xD Not that rolling a gladiator isnt one of my top 3 choices or anything.

I think a sorcerer must have the power of magic and not the power of elements, i mean, let the elemental power to spirit master and give a sorcerer the power magic wich allow to slow the targhet, do transform enemy into something else, to create illusions, and of course give damage. I think a mage should do damage, but also have some tricky spells for evading, teleport, protect himself, ect...

A real mage with the power of magic should do almost everything

You can teleport, summon gates, de-buff, put the target to sleep and you have Dot's. What do you want more lol :P

As of the lastest CBT3 patch the mage seems to get an array of new spells too!

Regarding the stigma system well i think it would be a bad idea to equip a sorc with heavy armor mainly because that kind of armor tends to buff physical attacks hp etc... instead i would u the stigma system to increase things like spell ranges, Magic Dmg, Physical/Elemental resistance, Casting time etc..

Yea mages do tend to get nerfed alot. Throughout the game I am sure each class is gonna get hit with something they are not going to like, more so than others. Just got to work with what you got.

Sorcerers were not the target of nerfing or boosting since CBT3, Spiritmasters were.

I doubt we have to worry too much about getting nerfed for a while.

I want more combos The chains are 2 with 2 skills each for now I think. More and longer combos will make it more unique and interesting to play A chain should contain more than 2 spells, 3 or 4 would be better, while the casting effects and dmg are increasing dream on...
