Hopefully we get some nice end-game gear

Maybe it's just me, but i've never really liked mage's end-game armor in most MMOs, when compared to say, the tanking class. They get Massive, awesome looking, shiny plate mail, while we end up with a plain robe, just like we've been using for the last 50 levels.

I'm not suggesting that mages get bulky mail, but at least give us some animated gear with fire, ice, lighting and whatnot on it. I'd love to have my whole body set ablaze with realistic fire, plus it would suit a sorcerer well. There are games that have done this (somewhat), and i've always enjoyed it much more than just a robe.

P.S as you can tell, I love fancy, flashy things . And as a side note; sorcerers are looking kickass so far!

oh ncsoft has good designers so i am sure we will get great looking robes at high lvls. Just look at Lineage 2 robes, almost all of them look awesome! ya can see them here L2 Fashion

for an endgame frost based armor, it would be really cool if it was relatively plain robes, but on top of it would be magically hovering pieces of plated made of ice. The ice would be fairly translucent.

that set looks way too heavy for a mage. mages are weak creatures so hooker uniform fits them perfectly imo.

I'd rather not have the generic robes. Maybe something like glowing magma armor, or just really shiny/glowy armor.

Imo, they were horrible, specially on dark elfs.

Well.. Technically, they weren't "Robes" on Dark Elfs xD.. more like lingerie.

I personally like the look of robes, but i can see where your going with this. I hope they do something like glowing armor for mages but also have robes too for other pieces of gear. I mean come on it wouldn't be a caster if it didn't have a robe to wear.
