I actually tried the Naga and although I see the appeal I really love my mx revolution. Two side buttons for blink and pointblank ice spell, tilt scrollwheel left or right for boon of ironclad or see hiders, volume on the thumb. I know those abilities are long C/D but I like them right under my fingers at all times.

OT: I don't use WASD either
(I'm also probably 1 out of 78917293812983 people who use the numpad for movement)
I use 8462 on the numpad. 1 & 2 to strafe, 7 to autorun, 9 to follow, / to toggle walk and run, 0 to jump
* to open wings
. to close wings
+ to fly up
- to fly down
all on the number pad
I do keep WASD bound as secondary movement

Shift + 1 - Aether's Hold
Shift + 2 - Magic Fist
Shift + 3 - Aether Flame
All the abilities on my right side action bar are labeled Shift + 1, 2, 3...

I use the standard WASD but I mouse turn. I've been considering switching to ESDF but I've tried it several times and it just doesn't feel right
